I guess this would be for Dr. Rivera but maybe would help others as well..
I stared posting artifacts on Live text and added them one by one, so each showed up on my dashboard. Then I noticed that once you start a label, it has a left side bar of all the assignments. So, i just labeled a file Dr.Rivera Portfolio.. and started uploading everything on that one page. Is that correct? It seemed to me that made more sense so everything is in one label... Just wondering.
In this course, educators will learn how to support the needs of adolescent and young adults, helping them develop into confident, and independent readers and writers. Focus will be on the improvement of literacy skills through meaningful, constructive engagements in reading and writing.
I started realizing the same thing! I've been creating a new document for each assignment but I've also been adding the documents to the first template I got in to. I think it makes sense just to name the first template "Dr. Rivera's Portfolio" instead of uploading new documents on the dashboard. Anyway, I think we're on the same page. =)
ReplyDeleteKathleen,
ReplyDeletePlease follow the LiveText Portfolio instructions located at the top of our ED641 class blog. The instructions can also be found in our ED641 Moodleroom. Thank you.
Best regards,
Dr. Rivera
Yes! I was hoping there was a continuation for this book. I was going to do my work and try to turn it in today too, but after all the yummy food at Carmen's yesterday, I got a "Kanack attack" as we call it in Hawaii. So I got too lazy to do anything. Boo! :P
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure all we need to do is submit everything onto on portfolio. That's what I've been doing. Remember what Dr. Sanchez said, cut and past the work into the section for each assignment AND attach the work to the same page. Then send for review.
