Well, I have been reading a bit every night, searched about literature circles, reading the other resources on THIS moodle site, arranging to get the cohort together to work on interdisciplinary unit study, not to mention the other 3-4 classes that I am also attempting to complete assignments for as well as working (to provide such personal luxuries as rent, car pmt, etc.).
Sorry for the whining... had to vent a bit!! Have been dividing time between various course requirements which meant staying up late, resulting in ~gasp~ oversleeping this a.m. and being 30 min. late for a class. Folks- - this NEVER happens to me!! I even forgot to eat breakfast!!
I told my cohort that it was only a month. Seems short, yet so much to do. I too made a list of requirements and assignments for each class and plotted on a calendar. Let's hope this assists to 'stay the course'.
In this course, educators will learn how to support the needs of adolescent and young adults, helping them develop into confident, and independent readers and writers. Focus will be on the improvement of literacy skills through meaningful, constructive engagements in reading and writing.
Linda,
ReplyDeleteAs the Cohort 5 Leader, you have done a great job thus far. Continue to remain diligent in completing the course requirements. You can do it!
Best regards,
Dr. Rivera
